- Monitor and execute processes and work for export/ import shipments.
- Contact shipping lines, agents to provide the bill of lading details, receive the draft bill of lading, check and confirm with shipping lines, agents, and issue bills to customers.
- Contact shipping lines, customers, agents to solve the work. Solve backlog and incidents with goods.
- Send the information about the arrival date, time of shipment, and receipt to customers at the port of export or port of destination.
- Contact suppliers to request and send invoices. Transfer to the Accounting Department for payment. After payment, ask the suppliers to deliver the goods.
- Other jobs assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: College or higher.
- 01 year of experience from working in logistics service companies at least.
- Pricing knowledge (more favor)
- English for special purpose (Basic).
- Office informatics & Internet skills.
- Working flexibly, diligence, accepting difficulties, good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Agile manners, high sense of responsibility & care.
